Our goal is to create a multitude of dining options, each providing a distinctive mood and tone. Diners who expect the unexpected will be delighted.
The perfect spot for a quick lunch, a bite after work, or a late evening meal without a reservation. The Communal Table can also be booked for large parties and up to 20 guests can enjoy family-style dining at 6 p.m. or 9 p.m.
The Ceviche Bar features a lighter fare from the unique ceviche menu, capturing the Peruvian-style flavors Stephan is known for. Available at dinner service, this 12-seat area is front row to all the action and has its own dedicated wood oven. The Ceviche Bar is also the home to Fuego.
Unique dining spaces are separated by floor-to-ceiling mesh copper screens. A large round table in the corner of the dining room is enhanced by the art of two local Dallas artists - Rusty Scruby's woven paper Texas landscape and a floating, free-form sculpture in dried crepe myrtle by Sherry Owens.
In this intimate space, up to 10 guests can order off the regular menu. The room features a special air circulation system that chills wine to just the right temperature without affecting the air at table level. Bookings are at 6 p.m. or 9 p.m.
The warm atmosphere has a distinctively cool vibe. Located just beyond the bar, walls are covered with oversized terra-cotta bricks that remain from the original building constructed in 1963.
The patio overlooks the landscaped grounds and water garden of Henry C. Beck, Jr. Park. A see-through fire pit not only provides warmth - it's also a vibrant design element.
Guests in the Private Dining Room will be able to view the activity and culinary show in the main display kitchen and bar on two 42-inch plasma screens suspended from the coffered ceiling. The warm, inviting fireplace creates a charming atmosphere that is perfect for rehearsal dinners, business meetings, presentations, or corporate events. Whatever the gathering, our Private Dining Room is sure leave a perfect and unforgettable impression.
Among the noteworthy design elements: the exterior wall is made of historic terra-cotta brick. Venetian plaster with mirrored sconces and custom-made credenzas surround a fireplace. Stained oak doors are adorned with Allison Smith's black-and-white photography of Texas scenes. And glass tiles in bronze, copper, rush, and crimson accent the back of the cooking area.
