Returning this fall, the experience will be available Friday and Saturday evenings to four diners at the Ceviche Bar directly in front of the wood-burning oven and will feature some of Chef Pyles' most imaginative creations. Fuego will be available for two seatings at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.
The menu will consist of fifteen courses at the chefs' discretion and rely heavily on seasonal, locally produced ingredients prepared in the wood-burning oven as well as with modern cooking techniques. Diners will have the privilege of interacting with the culinary team as the chefs will prepare and serve each of the courses. Each meal will begin with a "molecular" cocktail such as a "Dirty Martini Liquid Olive" and be interspersed with surprising tastes and textures throughout.
The price for the Fuego menu is $125 per person and wine pairings can be added for an additional $75 per person.
